How we work

Survey and demand calculation
We visit the facility, measure actual demand and deliver a calculation report. The technical visit is free of charge.

Equipment and complete system
Generation, drying, filtration, tank, manifolds, alarms and piping. One party responsible for the whole system.

Installation, testing and training
Connection to the existing network, air quality testing, certificate, drawings and training for the maintenance staff.

See and adjust the assumptions
The defaults are those of the Saltillo system. If you know your own, change them.
The maintenance policy does not include them, and in medical grade air they account for much of the spend: filters, dryer element, condensate traps, seals. IBX estimates them at 30% of the policy and they get their own line, visible rather than buried in the total. If your facility already has a track record, change it.
